The Dumb Friends League is celebrating 100 years of helping pets and people. Throughout 2010 we will honor and celebrate the more than 2 million animals that we have helped.
Mrs. Jean Milne Gower acted out of concern for the plight of Denver’s stray animals when in 1910 she
established a humane organization named the Denver Dumb Friends League.
We are proud of our history of service and invite you to learn about our past, present and future. ![]()
