Quebec Street shelter
We’re open seven days a week at our large southeast Denver shelter, so visit us anytime at your convenience. Also, we offer appointments. To take advantage of the appointment option, call (303) 751-5772.
Buddy Center
Our Douglas County shelter, also open seven days a week, is located near I-25, south of the Outlets at Castle Rock. While appointments are available, they are generally not necessary at this location. You are welcome to make one, however, by calling our customer service team at the number above.
Offsite Adoptions
Each day, we hand-select several special cats and well-behaved dogs and bring them to our storefront site at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton. If you’re adding a new pet to your household, you may want to take advantage of this unique location and adoption opportunity.
Our Pet Care-avan travels to locations throughout the metro Denver area and Douglas County, bringing wonderful cats, dogs, rabbits and other small pets for adoption to people who may not be able to visit our shelters.
Home Buddies—by appointment only
Looking for . . . A cuddler? A talker? A couch potato? An active, playful cat? Why take a chance on love? Home Buddies stay with foster-care volunteers who have a chance to get to know their personalities while providing TLC.
