Weight: 975.00 pounds

Intake Date: 4/22/2020

Here is what my friends say about me:

Weight Limit: 190 lbs between tack and rider
Diet: Grass hay
Known Special Needs/Medical: Recovering from suspensory ligament injury – light riding horse only

Training Level: Riding 2
Charity came to the Harmony Equine Center with little handling and only being halter broke. She has been started under saddle and had a handful of rides before injuring herself and becoming lame. She had a lesion on her suspensory ligament and has been getting rehab work done to help her recover. She is currently being evaluated to see if she will remain sound under saddle but will likely only be able to be a light riding horse. While under saddle she has shown to be easy going and level headed but is a project horse and will need an experienced rider or trainer to continue her education once she becomes sound enough to ride again.

*Harmony Equine Center definition of Riding 2 training level –
Rider: Horse for an advanced rider that is comfortable around horses and is proficient in training and is experienced with green horses.
Horse: Riding in snaffle, stands for saddle, basic steering/stopping/walk/trot/lope, not consistent. Generally less than 20 rides.

Adoption price: Adoption fees range from $100 to $1,000. Fees are based on the training level of the equine.
