Waffle is a gentle but shy lady seeking someone willing to give her the time and space to blossom. She is stressed by new situations, which have caused her to occasionally not use the litterbox with her previous owner. However she has had no accidents in her current foster home. She will often hiss out of fear but despite this, she shown no aggression and is OK with gentle petting. She has lived successfully with another cat and has shown great progress in her foster home, becoming an affectionate and inquisitive cat who enjoys exploring and cuddling. It will take her several weeks to adjust to new surroundings, so she would do best with a quiet forever home, an experienced cat owner and no children. With patience, gentle encouragement, and positive reinforcement with her favorite treats, she will grow into a sweet and loving companion.
