Provide comfort and share joy

The season of snowflakes, cheer and traditions isn’t just for humans. After all, every pet waiting at our shelters for a new family and forever home deserves some holiday love, too! When it comes to enjoying all things merry and bright, you can help spread some joy and give a gift that helps the homeless pets and horses in our care.

From Nov. 26 through Dec. 31, visitors at the Quebec Street Shelter and the Buddy Center can check out our “paws” tree. Each shelter will have one decorated, non-denominational holiday tree near its Sit … Stay … Shops where patrons can purchase a “paw” for any dollar amount. Purchasers can write the name of a beloved pet, a newly adopted pet, friend, relative or something meaningful to them on the paw print, and then add it to the holiday tree.

It’s no wonder we call this “the most wonderful time of the year.” But, as traditions capture the spirit of the season and warm our hearts, thousands of vulnerable pets throughout the Denver metro area need our support. Each paw is a donation to help a homeless pet feel the love this holiday season and is a festive way to show your support and love in our shelters!
