To file a report for suspected abuse, neglect or mistreatment, complete the form below. If the information is incomplete, we may not be able to investigate the case. 
Colorado Humane Society investigators carry out the provisions of the Animal Protection Act and investigate animal mistreatment, abandonment and neglect in 43 counties across the state.

For concerns regarding barking, licensing, spay or neuter requirements, pets running at large and vaccinations, contact your local animal control agency.
