  • To file a report for suspected abuse, neglect or mistreatment, complete the form below. If the information is incomplete, we may not be able to investigate the case. 
  • Colorado Humane Society investigators carry out the provisions of the Animal Protection Act and investigate animal mistreatment, abandonment and neglect in 43 counties across the state.
  • For concerns regarding barking, licensing, spay or neuter requirements, pets running at large and vaccinations, contact your local animal control agency.
