The pets at the Dumb Friends League eat more than 79,000 pounds of pet food each year, all of which is made available by Hill’s Pet Nutrition as part of its Food, Shelter & Love Program, which has provided over $295 million worth of pet food to nearly 1,000 shelters, helping over 11 million pets find a new home…and counting. Our partnership with Hill’s Pet Nutrition also encompasses collaboration and support around many of the League’s programs, services, and events, including our Homes with Hearts foster program and our annual Furry Scurry.

Just like the Dumb Friends League, Subaru is committed to returning the love that pets give us every day. Through the Subaru Love Promise initiative and Subaru Loves Pets pillar, Subaru strives to help improve the lives of all animals – especially those in shelters. Subaru funds pet safety crash tests, donates millions of dollars to animal welfare organizations each year and dedicates the entire month of October to shine a light on the hundreds of thousands of pets in shelters.
