Tail wags warmed more just hearts on March 25 with the grand opening of the new Dumb Friends League San Luis Valley Animal Center!
The celebration marked the beginning of a new era for animal welfare in the San Luis Valley. The League’s mission is to end pet homelessness and animal suffering. Through the work that this new space facilitates, even more animals will find comfort, safety, healing and second chances. Vital relationships between pets and people will be created and this region will further its journey toward becoming a Socially Conscious Animal Community.
