Can you put a price on love? Turns out, you can on June 26 and 27 during the Dumb Friends League Adoptathon at the Leslie A. Malone Center in Denver and the Buddy Center in Castle Rock. Money can’t buy happiness, but naming your own adoption fee for a new friend with paws is close!
Have you heard the saying, “There’s a lid for every pot”? No? Well, it means that whoever you are and no matter what you like or are like, there’s someone for you. This adage doesn’t just pertain to humans. At the League, we believe that there’s a perfect home for every adoptable animal in our care. The League is currently bursting with adoptable pets, and now is a furtastic time to find your new pot . . . err . . . best friend and give them a home.
All cat and dog adoptions include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip ID and a free wellness visit at a participating veterinarian. The standard adoption-screening process still applies during the Apoptathon.
With plenty of great pets waiting to find their homes, we think you’ll find your partner in adventures or just snuggles during the “name your price” adoption special.
